The fence is a constituent part of the facade and also affords solar protection. Several patios of different sizes and styles increase bioclimatic efficiency. The open spaces, “the empty”, are as relevant as the structures in this project. The classrooms are spread over three levels, overlooking the esplanade and giving shade. The open spaces on the ground floor have all the features necessary to facilitate practical courses. The building respects all hotel industry standards (EHTCV) and is HACCP certified.
