Renovation and extension of La Brenaz Prison

Following an international competition, this ambitious prison project allowed to add 100 cells to the existing building (68 cells), which was also fully renovated. Offices for the staff, numerous workshops as well as spaces dedicated to visitors or sport facilities were also added. The organization of the intern traffic, the development of the Promenade courses as well as the generous amount of natural light and ventilation have been optimized. The construction lasted only 18 months.
