The Creos Regional Center and Administrative Building bring together two core functions: a new administrative headquarters and a regional operations center. The administrative building comprises two interconnected volumes and accommodates approximately 280 workstations, 70 meeting rooms, six work lounges, a boardroom, and a central food and coffee lounge. The design prioritizes flexibility, enabling spaces to adapt to evolving organizational needs while achieving high energy performance standards. Carefully selected materials and building systems enhance durability and environmental efficiency, contributing to strong overall energy performance and long-term sustainability.
