Ettelbruck One – Mixed-Use Development

Located at the southern entrance to Ettelbruck, on the former site of a tobacco factory, Ettelbruck ONE is a mixed-use development that forms part of a wider urban regeneration and sustainable development strategy in the heart of the Nordstad region. The project comprises two distinct building volumes set on a shared podium, rising from four to seven stories above ground and complemented by two basement levels. The structural concept ensures a high degree of layout flexibility, allowing floor plates to be progressively adapted to meet the evolving needs of future occupants. Ettelbruck ONE is designed to accommodate approximately 600 to 650 workstations. The scheme includes office space for public administrations and private companies, retail units, food and beverage outlets, a medical center, as well as additional service and leisure facilities.
