Coordination of the construction of the new administrative building "VINTAGE" for the Arendt's Corporate and Investors Services Company in Hamm.. The building comprises a ground floor, 3 storeys high and 2 underground. The "Arendt 9" has an auditorium with 162 seating places, a cafeteria, a fitness area, archive area, technical rooms and underground parkings. The project "ARENDT 9 / VINTAGE" is certified BREEAM very good (Core and Shell)
