The building with its curved transparent façade and the turret on the corner are clearly visible from Pont G-D Charlotte, Plateau du Kirchberg and the Pfaffenthal district.

In order to improve its environmental qualities both in terms of energy and architecture, the building, 15 years after its construction, has undergone a thorough renovation. 

The building now consumes about 60% less energy and its CO2 emissions are reduced accordingly.
